• Profile and Security: protecting user accounts and data • Personal Information: easy management of personal details • Company card: tool for editing company details • Users and Roles: adding employees and managing their roles in the online banking system • Signing Rules: creating and configuring rules and procedures for document signing • Powers of Attorney: issuance and revocation of powers of attorney • Administrative panel: specialized interface for customer service managers

Lead product stream “Authorization” including products:

• AlfaID: quick sign-in, authorization • AlfaAPI: facilitates data exchange with external systems • AlfaPay: simplifies electronic payments • DevPortal: resources for developers integrating Alfa Bank's API

Achievements

• Redesigned and launched a new authorization area and biometric login for B2B services • Applied a hypothesis-driven approach using UX metrics and A/B testing to improve the experience • Integrated UX audits in production, reducing issue resolution time by 19% and improving defect prevention • Drove UX alignment with business goals through close work with product, tech, and marketing
